- LXXX - Describe el tiempo de su amor y pondera su fineza

Once veces borrados del Estío
se vieron los matices de este Prado,
y tantas el Invierno le ha secado
nuevos colores del humor del río.
Después que mi confuso desvarío,
a despecho de Filis porfiado,
sin lograr un alivio mi cuidado,
pierde muchos remedios su desvío.
Que la pasión del ánimo doliente,
de cuantos medios el rigor ordena,
saca motivos de aumentar el daño.
Y entregado al frenético accidente,
tengo menos cordura con la pena,
y me enloquece más el desengaño.
