- XLIII - Retrato a la hermosura de Celia

De esas rojas mejillas, envidioso,
más sangriento el rubí, de más corrido,
afrenta, que del hurto ha convencido
el nácar, Celia, de tu rostro hermoso.
El cristal desatado, de lloroso,
tu blanca frente aqueja, que ha podido
robar -lo dice él- de lo escondido
de sus senos espejo tan lustroso.
Más blanca de enojada, blanca nieve,
hurtos gime en tu cuello; de esos ojos
el sol se queja o pide su hermosura.
Mas no cesan aquí, no, tus enojos,
que, si esto negar puedes, que me debe
tu rostro un alma que robó, es locura.
