Mas mientras más yo de esto me corriere,
más convendrá mostrar mis desventuras;
que así serán pagadas mis locuras
con la triste vergüenza que sintiere.
Y cada vez que bien me arrepintiere,
gran logro llevaré de mis tristuras;
de esta cura saldrán otras mil curas
para mí y para quien verme quisiere.
Por el ancho camino por do fueren
todos verán mi triste monumento
y verán de mi muerte el gran letrero.
Temblando quedarán en un momento
cuantos allí miraran y leyeren
un modo de morir tan lastimero.
