- XLVI -

Amor me da con blandos movimientos
al corazón un sentimiento cierto,
para tentar si puede haber concierto,
que pueda concertar mis pensamientos.
Acuden luego aquí mis sentimientos,
diciendo que es mejor el desconcierto;
que amor sin él sería luego muerto,
que desconciertos son sus fundamentos.
Renuévase con esto la pelea;
no hay despartir, que muere el que desparte,
ni siento yo cual parte mejor sea.
Son todos de una y ora de otra parte;
uno hay allí que vence y no pelea
con desear, que es desear su arte.
